You should get your email within a week but if you still haven't, these could be some of the reasons:

1. You emailed a no-reply or an old email

The emails on this page can sometimes change. Check your inbox for an email from "Mail Delivery Subsystem" or something similar for a rejection message.

2. bluePOP services are down

Sometimes, the bluePOP servers can be under maintenance. If you send your email during these times, they won't get delivered. You won't have an email from the webservers, so try sending your message again. Unfortunately, bluePOP cannot provide a status page for their email servers.

3. Your email or domain is on bluePOP's blacklist

All the emails above are managed by bluePOP. If an email or domain appears sketchy, bluePOP will blacklist it from emailing them. This can also happen if spam emails are sent by the email or domain, even if it is meant as a joke. Search your inbox for subject containing 'bluePOP Blacklist: samthepianoman.co.uk' to see the reason. If you cannot find this email, it may have been deleted or your domain may have been blacklisted on accident. To receive another email regarding your blacklist, request one from samthepianomanofficial@gmail.com. You will either recieve another email or have your blacklist lifted, which you'll be notified of.
